Wine fruit salad
Prepare sliced bananas, pineapple and orange sections.
Cover with dressing made by blending 4 ounces sugar or to taste
6 tablespoons sherry
2 tablespoons madeira.
Allow to stand in a cold place for an hour before serving.
May be served as a sweet.
