"Prawns provencale 25g butter 1 onion, chopped 1 clove garlic, chopped 1x400g can tomatoes, drained 5 tbsp dry white wine 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley salt and pepper 225g frozen Prawns, thawed Place the butter in a bowl and cook until melted. Coffee Almond Torte

"Coffee Almond Torte 1 sponge cake 300 ml whipping cream 2 tbsp strong black coffee 2 tbsp sifted icing sugar 100g flaked almonds Sponge cake, split into 2 layers. Whip the cream with the coffee and icing sugar until it stands in soft peaks. Sandwich the cake layers together with some of the coffee cream. Use remainder to cover the top and sides of the cake. Press the flaked almonds against the sides of the cake to coat. Serve while still fresh, cut into wedges. Egg and Bacon Rolls

"Egg and Bacon Rolls 4 crispy bread rolls 2 bacon rashers, derinded and finely chopped 50g mushrooms, finely chopped 4 eggs salt and freshly ground pepper Slice the tops off the rolls and scoop out the centres. Reserve the tops. Place bacon and mushrooms in a bowl and cook. Drain thoroughly, then divide evenly between the bread roll shells. Break an egg into each roll, prick the yolk carefully and season with salt and pepper. Cover with bread roll tops and cook in microwave for about 3 mins. Leave to stand 1 min before serving. Cherry Oat Cake

"Cherry Oat Cake 1 tbsp caster sugar 225g sofy brown sugar 175g margarine 50g glace' cherries, chopped 50g rolled oats 1 tsp baking powder pinch of salt 50g mixed nuts, chopped 175g strong flour, wholemeal or white 1 large egg Decoration (optional) 100g chocolate melted 4 glace' cherries, halved Prepare an 18 cm souffle' or cake dish by brushing the sides and base with oil. Cut a circle of greasproof paper to fit the base and use a tbsp of caster sugar to coat the sides. Do not apply oil to the base. Tap out any surplus sugar. Place the brown sugar and margarine in a mixing bowl. Put in pot or microwave until margarine. is melted. Stir in the cherries, raisins, rolled oats, baking powder, salt, mixed nuts and flour. Mix well, then add the egg to combine the ingredients. Pile the mixture into a prepared dish and level the top. Cook for about 15 mins and allow to cool on rack. When cool , spread the top with melted chocolat
