Independent Riding on Beaches Coleraine Borough Council has a management policy for horses on beaches relating to the following beaches. Downhill, Castlerock West Strand, East Strand, Whiterocks and Portballintrae.  The policy applies to the listed beaches between 1st May and 30th September.
