The Valle Benuara farm holiday estate is located about a kilometre from the Fulgatore (Trapani) motorway. Its farm extends into the valley where the Benuara stream flows, from which it takes its name. The reconversion of this extensive cereal company to a wine and olive growing business took place in 2003 due to the work of Magherita Scognamillo Castigilione: that's how the artificial lake came to be constructed where the underground water of the well flows into the lake and is then extracted by an Aeolian pump. Today the Valle Benuara estate produces wine, oil, vegetables and other typical products. To understand more fully the farming and production techniques of some of the foods, Valle Benuara organizes themed visits upon request.
