Broccoli Soup
"Broccoli Soup 1 small onion, finely chopped 1000 ml hot chicken stock 225 gr.fresh or frozen broccoli, roughly chopped grated nutmeg. Method: Place all ingredients in pot and cook till vegetables are done. Put in food processor till it becomes puree. Place back on cooker to warm, whilst stirring once or twice.
