Primitive human messages, this is Genoa's cave, a prehistoric sanctuary where religion and culture take their first steps between graffiti and rock paintings of men and animals linked by an ancestral tie. The Genoa's cave graffiti and paintings belong to different periods of time ranging from 12-13 thousand to 7 - 8 thousand years ago, a little before the sea swallowed up the strip of land which Egadi an integral part of Sicily.
