Gianluca and Claudia and Laura's help have renewed and old pizzeria in the center of Borno, obtaining a young, fresh and friendly restaurant. The Belchen, third tallest mountain in the Black Forest, is deemed by many to be one of the most stunning mountains in the area. On clear days visitors may look west to France to see the Vosges and south to Switzerland to see the Alps.

Minerals and Mining Walking Trail For anyone interested in the geology of the Black forest and the history of local mining, dating back to the Middle Ages, these trails will provide plenty of interesting sights and vistas. A guidebook ( only in German) with in depth descriptions is available is available in the Tourist- Information Centre.

Forest and Agricultural Learning Trails This new theme trail is located in a very attractive part of the Munstertal.
