"Savoury Muffin Toppers 1 x 100g jar or tin tomato paste or puree' and 2 tsp dried basil. 100g garlic sausage, cubed 1 clove garlic, crushed 1 small onion, grated 4 large muffins, halved and toasted 175g Edam Cheese , grated 1x50g can anchovy fillets, drained black olives, to garnish Place tomato paste or puree' with basil, in a bowl with the garlic sausage, garlic and onion. Cover and cook in microwave for 4 mins, stirring once. Place muffin slices, cut side up on paper towels, on a large microwave baking tray and spread evenly with the tomato mixture. Top with the grated cheese. Arrange a lattice of anchovy fillets on top and garnish with black olives.
