Zinger - Homemade Juice

This is a good way to prevent urinary tract infections. Shredded coconut can be added for a touch of extra flavour, and sweetness. Also experiment with a sprinkle of nutmeg for a piquant new taste. Wheat grass juice is exceptionally rich in nutrients, but it takes some getting used to. Always drink the juice as soon as possible.
