Octopus Salad

You can use fresh or frozen octopus. 800 gr Octopus 2 pints water 1/2 cup Olive oil Parsley Mint Chopped Tomato Lemon Juice Garlic. Method: Boil Octopus for about 30 mins . When tender, cut into little pieces, lay in a bowl and put chopped garlic, parsley, mint, small chopped tomato, lemon juice. Add Olive oil when serving. You can serve a nice green salad.
