WINE: Wine consumption has dropped dramatically at lunchtimes. It used to be a BOTTLE, then a PICHET (jug) then a quart(enough for a couple of glasses.) But now most - reluctant to eat a meal without even a taste of wine - are ordering wine by the glass.
