"Homemade Lemon Cream Sorbet - Dessert 11 ounces sugar 13 fluid ounces milk juice and grated rind of 2 lemons 8 fluid ounces double cream Combine sugar and milk and mix well. Add lemon juice and rind. Whip cream until stiff and fold into lemon mixture. Pour into freezer tray. Freeze until firm. Stir once or twice while freezing.
