Kidney Omelette - Breakfast
1 kidney (sheep or pork or rabbit ) chopped 1 tsp chopped onion 1 dsp flour 3 tbsp water salt and pepper some butter or margarine for frying Fry chopped onion and kidney for 2 minutes. Add flour and stir well. Then add water, season and stir to form a thick sauce. Cook for 5 minutes and keep hot while preparing the omelette . Omelette . 1 or 2 eggs 1 tbsp water salt and pepper. butter for frying Mix all ingredients . Pour in a very hot pan and pour the mixture. Turn and cook other side. Enjoy your breakfast
