Healthy Noodle Prawn Curry

"Healthy Noodle Prawn Curry 8 ounces medium egg noodles 1 can condensed cream of celery soup 3 tablespoons tomato ketchup 1/2 teaspoon paprika 1 teaspoon curry powder 1/8 teaspoon ginger 1 pound fresh or frozen prawns (cooked and cleaned) Cook noodles in 4 1/2 pints boiling salted water. Drain. Combine soup, ketchup, paprika, curry powder and ginger. Mix thoroughly. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally. Add prawns. Turn cooked noodles into heated serving dish, top with prawn curry. Homemade Cantaloupe Sorbet

"Homemade Cantaloupe Sorbet 12 fluid ounces water 4 ounces sugar 2 medium cantaloupes, pulp and juice 3 fluid ounces lemon juice Boil water and sugar for 5 minutes. Cool. Add cantaloupe and lemon juice. Pour into a shallow tin and freeze until firm around the edges pf the tin. Turn into a bowl and beat until smooth. Return to tray and freeze until firm.
