Onion and Potato Bake
"Onion and Potato Bake 450g onions, thinly sliced 575g potatoes, thinly sliced salt and pepper 2 tsp dried mixed herbs scant 75 ml milk Place onion in a bowl, cover and cook till halfway. Layer potatoes and onions in a bowl, sprinkling each layer with salt, pepper and mixed herbs. Finish layer with potatoes. Pour in the milk and sprinkle a few more herbs. Cover and cook in microwave for about 9 minutes.
