Healthy Cheese Puff Balls

"Healthy Cheese Puff Balls 2 ounces grated Parmesan cheese 1 tablespoon flour some salt Dash of paprika or cayenne pepper 2 egg whites, stiffly beaten 3 tablespoons dry breadcrumbs Mix cheese, flour, salt and pepper. Fold in egg whites. If too crumbly add a few drops milk. Shape in small balls. Roll in crumbs and fry in hot oil until golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
