With two OBEs between them, Johnson anf Robinson leading authorities on the subject, and this weighty volume is painstakingly researched with a useful selection of tips and historical information. Naturally, France forms a hefty portion of the book, with each region beautifully illustrated and carefully analysed in Johnson and Robinson's inimitable style.
