Tissot has always known how to offer great value, but this chronograph might be one of the brand's best yet. On paper, and given prevailing tastes, the idea of a vintage-inspired automatic chronograph from a sorted brand for you for just ? pounds would seem to be one of the better value repositions on the market today, but do all the Tissot's tempting elements combine to make a great watch? The 39.5mm size is nigh on perfect. whatever the size of your wrist thanks to its deliciously twisted lugs, and a breath of fresh air after wearing endless 42mm plus watches. The recessed chronograph sub registers are well spaced on its silver opaline dial, while applique' mirror finish hour market dots offer the design much needed depth.
