Lemon Shallot Chicken
"Lemon Shallot Chicken 1 small chicken stock cube, crumbled 1 cup water 1 clove garlic, crushed 4x115g chicken breast fillets 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice 6 green shallots, finely chopped Combine stock cube, water and garlic in frying pan, bring to the boil, add chicken, reduce heat and simmer until tender. Remove chicken from pan.
