Soave Classico DOC Soave lies tothe east of Verona region. The Soave area covers around 1500 hectares, between Soave and Monteforte d'Alpone. Its name comes from the Swabians. Dry, white wine, harmonious. Goes well with hors d'oeuvres, first courses, fresh cheese, meat and soups; also perfect with salads and fresh bread.

With a fruity, harmonic aroma, slightly sparkling. Ideal served with hors d'oeuvres, finger food, cheese or with cured ham wound round breasdsticks.
