Batchwood Hall Golf Club - St Albans, UK

This is an 18-hole parkland course of 6,468 yards in the picturesque grounds of Batchwood hall. Built in 1936, it was designed by J.H.Taylor, five times. Open Champion and the first Englishman to win the Open. A small private club, its facilities are owned by St Albans City & District Council and are managed on their behalf by Leisure Connection Ltd.  The Club and Batchwood Golf course have always been 'stepping stones' in the careers of Hertfordshire golfers, with some notable examples. Bentley Golf Club - Essex, UK
