Enjoy the frozen Sihlsee (Shi Lake) in Euthal for ice skating, playing ice  hockey or simply walking. During the official opening hours between  09.00 - 16.00 a small food and drinks stand is open and toilets are cared for.  Ice skates can be rented between 10.00 - 15.30 at the stand.  This natural ice-skating field is reachable by public transport. After arriving to Einsiedeln by train take the Post Bus to Euthal (Haltestelle Schulhaus - School house bus stop).  When arriving by car use the designated parking areas.
