Widely accepted as one of the World's best grape varieties, Cabernet Sauvignon is often paired with other red grape varieties such as merlot and shiraz, and its main characteristic flavour is that of blackcurrants. Young wines start off intensely fruity, white the more complex aromas will develop with age. Goes best with Chocolate, fillet mignon , grilled steak, lamb chops, strong flavoured cheeses.
