Centre Travel

This concert is a celebration of the life and music of Malta's beloved composer Charles Camilleri, on the first anniversary of his death. Organised by Maria Bianco, this festival will take place in Sheffield, London and Malta, bringing together international musicians who had worked closely with Mro. Camilleri. Stir fry for 2 to 4 people Meat marinade: 400g beef (fillets or other prime cuts) 30ml sunflower oil 1/2 lime (juiced) 1 tbsp honey 3 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp oyster sauce 3 tbsp sesame seeds Stir Fried Vegetables 1/2 bunch fresh asparagus 1 red pepper (sliced) Garnish 1/2 bunch fresh coriander 2 spring onions Method: Heat a little oil in a wok or large frying pan until lightly smoking, turn down the heat slightly. Add the stir fry vegetables and cook rapidly, then throw in the marinated sliced beef Cook for a further 5 minutes Serve over boiled rice or noodles, garnish with chopped coriander and spring onions.
