Beef Stir fry


Stir fry for 2 to 4 people

Meat marinade:
400g beef (fillets or other prime cuts)
30ml sunflower oil
1/2 lime (juiced)
1 tbsp honey
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
3 tbsp sesame seeds

Stir Fried Vegetables
1/2 bunch fresh asparagus
1 red pepper (sliced)

Garnish
1/2 bunch fresh coriander
2 spring onions

Method: Heat a little oil in a wok or large frying pan until lightly smoking, turn down the heat
slightly.
Add the stir fry vegetables and cook rapidly, then throw in the marinated sliced beef
Cook for a further 5 minutes

Serve over boiled rice or noodles, garnish with chopped coriander and spring onions.
