In the "Locks and Hats" space you'll put on capes and hats. in the "Nose and Sniff" space, you can breath in the scants of flowers, fruits and spices. In the "Clatter-bang" space, your ears will hear the sounds of giant wind instruments, and you will vibrate in the "Underground Cave" space. Jumping back two thousand years into the past, on a site covering more than 4 hectares, Malagne immerses you in the daily life of one of the largest farms in Northern Gaul, with its barn and smithy reconstructed from archaeological remains, its fields of crops and animals and its crafts. Visitors can also have a go at an archeological dig and watch interactive audio-visual presentations. On some Sundays and public holidays in the summer, special events allow visitors to immerse themselves in the farm's daily life and to learn new skills. Join in the preparations and performance of the Binche Carnival recognised by UNESCO as a World Heritage Event since 2003, a masterpiece of spoken and imaginary human heritage. The journey is in three stages. The Great Masquerades and Carnivals in Europe. The Carnival in Blinche and Wallonia and the temporary exhibition until 6 April 2008 "Face to Face" - masks in strip cartoons. Thwere are also writing, reading and creative workshops, held in specially-adapted rooms. Pre -and-post teachers'packs are suitable with questionnaires for all ages of school pupils.
