The original ties and beams, and the colours and shades of the period, have been preserved in the renovation of the 19th century portico of what was once the farm of the Savoy House to create the La Corte Albertina restaurant. Some recipes of the Royal House of which Charles Albert was proud are prepared and served here, from mountain brook, trout to pheasant from the Royal estate. Front-of-house is taken care of attentively and professionally by Giovanni Bertolini, while Enrico, Palmira and Chef Matteo Viberti, run the kitchen with consummate skill.
