Best chicken curry

To make this delicious curry you need: 500 gm chicken breasts 3 potatoes 2 onions 2 tsp curry powder 2 tbs oil 2 tbs extra oil, extra 3 tsp curry powder, extra 2 tbs sate sauce: Sate sauce is a spicy sauce based on soy sauce; it contains sugar, oil, chilli , onion, garlic and shrimp. 1 tbs Chinese chilli sauce. 1 tbs soy sauce 1/3 cup water 1 chicken stock cube 3 tsp cornflour 1 tbs dry sherry. Method: 1. Slice chicken breasts thinly. Peel potatoes, cut into cubes. Peel onions, cut into quarters, separate each layer. 2. Heat oil in pan or wok, add potatoes, cook five minutes or until just tender but still crisp. Toss occasionally. Add onions and curry powder, cook further two minutes, remove from pan. 3. Heat extra oil in pan, chicken, cook until golden brown on both sides and cooked through. Add potatoes, onions and extra curry powder, toss for two minutes. 4.
