Oatmeal Pancakes - Breakfast

"Oatmeal Pancakes - Breakfast 6 ounces oats 1 1/4 ounces sifted plain flour 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon salt 2 eggs, seperated 2 1/4 ounces melted butter Heat milk and pour over oats. Allow to cool. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Beat egg yolks and add to the oat mixture. Add melted butter and stir in the dry ingredients. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Drop batter, a spoonful at a time, into a hot greased frying pan. When surface is covered with bubbles, turn and brown other side.
