The monks of the order of Saint Dominic established themselves at Torino in the middle of the 13th century, around 1260, and soon erected a chapel up against the city walls. The most striking feature of the church is found in the Cappella delle Grazie (The Chapel of the Graces). On the side walls are seen the twelve apostles and above the single window an Annunciation. A short distance before the sacristy, a refined fresco represents the Charity of Sant' Antonino, work of Martino Spanzotti (1528) The best known treasure contained within the church is the Chapel of the Rosary, and the wooden pulpit.
