food receipe Ravioli

"food receipe Ravioli when it is a cold, rainy day,I love to spend time in my kitchen , trying out receipes. This is one of my favourite ones ""Ravioli"" I like to make the pastry, myself. Here are the ingredients for pastry. 375 grams semolina 2 eggs 1 tbs olive oil 150 ml warm water Mix all in a food processor, or in a bowl traditional way It is very important to let stand for at least half an hour. While the pastry is standing let us prepare the filling: 500 grams fresh Rikotta Some fresh Parsley 2 eggs salt and pepper Mix all in food processor. Now it is time to make them: Take some pastry and open with rolling pin as thin as possible. Cut circles biscuit size. Fill with one teaspoon filling on one half of pastry fold like a half semi-circle. When you have used all that is pastry and filling. Have a pot with enough hot water, like when cooking pasta , boil forthe required time and serve with fresh tomatoe sauce and grated cheese. T...
