3 ways with .....kale - Switch shredded kale in place of basil to make a pesto with a difference.  If you fancy going all out,      you can also experiment with swapping pine nuts for walnuts, to give yourself an ideal sauce for            stirring through a hot pan of pasta this winter. - Kale is the perfect addition to a mid-week stir fry.  Try shredded kale, with finely sliced steak, sliced    mushrooms, fresh ginger cut into matchsticks, a clove of grated garlic and a good splash of soy sauce    for a meal in minutes. -  Get your morning off to a flying start with the addition of kale to scrambled eggs.     Melt a knob of butter in a frying pan, then add two handfuls of shredded kale, stems removed, and        cook until wilting.  At this stage add two beaten eggs, a pinch of salt, and a good grind of black     pepper and stir until cooked to your liking.
