"Chocolate Refrigerator Cake - Dessert 100g plain cooking chocolate 150g unsalted butter 2 tablespoons golden syrup 225g semi-sweet biscuits, crushed 25g nuts, chopped 25g glace' cherries, chopped 25g raisins Break the chocolate into pieces and place in a bowl with the butter and syrup. Cook in microwave Full for 4 minutes, stirring once. Add the biscuit crumbs, nuts, cherries and raisins, blending well. Spoon into a greased 23cm inch cake tin and freeze for 2 to 4 hours to set. Cut into 16 serving pieces. Top with a little whipped cream, if liked.
