"Prawn and Mushroom Pasta 180g fresh ricotta 1 clove garlic, crushed 2 teaspoons butter 1 teaspoon olive oil 1/2 onion, chopped in small pieces 200g mushrooms 250g fresh prawns parsley 800g linguine pasta Boil pasta. Melt butter, add the garlic and onion, the parsley and the fresh prawns.
