"The Puffin The Puffin is a marine bird that finds its prey - primarily fish - entirely under water. Its aquatic adaptations are less extreme than those of the penguins. It is not so streamlined, the feet are not so far back(hence it does not have to stand bolt upright) and the wings are still used for flight. "European Skateboard Championships The European Skateboard Championships will be held again in Basel. The Junior Champs start on Thursday 7 August and will last until Sunday 10 August with Street and Miniramp competitions. Over 300 Skaters are excepted to take part from over 20 European countries. "Tuna,Bean and Onion Salad 175g haricot beans 2 tbsp Olive oil 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar 1 small red onion, finely sliced 1 tbsp chopped parsley 200g tuna fish in oil, drained Method: Soak beans for at least 5 hours, drain and rinse. Place in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to the boil, and cook until tender. Drain. Whisk together the oils, vinegar, salt and pepper and mix with the beans.
