Octopus Salad
You can use fresh or frozen octopus.
- 800 gr Octopus
- 2 pints water
- 1/2 cup Olive oil
- Parsley
- Mint
- Chopped Tomato
- Lemon Juice
- Garlic.
Method: Boil Octopus for about 30 mins. When tender, cut into little pieces, lay in a bowl and put chopped garlic, parsley, mint, small chopped tomato, lemon juice. Add Olive oil when serving.
You can serve a nice green salad.
