Low Calorie Whipped Cream - Dessert

Use Instead of Whipped Cream

4 fluid ounces iced water

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 ounces dried milk

3 tablespoons or (to taste) caster sugar

Put water, lemon juice and vanilla in a bowl.

Sprinkle dry milk on top.

Beat until stiff with whisk for about 10 minutes.

Beat in sugar; continue beating until stiff enough to hold soft peaks, for about 5 minutes more.
