Buffet Tuna Fish Salad

1 small head lettuce 2 7-ounce cans tuna fish

3 hard-boiled eggs, halved 3 whole canned pimentos

6 green pepper rings 6 spring onions

12 radishes 4 carrots, quartered lengthwise

12 black olives 12 cucumber slices

Cover large serving dish with lettuce.

Place tuna fish in centre.

Surround with remaining ingredients.

Serve with Tangy Salad Dressing
