Ristorante Pizzeria Pizzcami' - Borno, Italy

Gianluca and Claudia and Laura's help have renewed and old pizzeria in the center of Borno, obtaining a young, fresh and friendly restaurant. Directly from the Hotel High School after experiences in various restaurants they have chosen to work independently following a shared passion. 
The cuisine is based on recipes using local produce appropriately innovated. 
Homemade pastas , cold cuts and cheeses supplied by known producers. 
The bread is homemade and the polenta is made with camuno black barbed corn flour.  A good selection of pizzas with a special  self produced beer
