Archipelago Blekinge - Sweden
In Blekinge, they are mad about all things maritime. It's packed with naval bases, lighthouses and picturesque coastal villages where the Danes once defended themselves against the Swedes. That's why our second smallest province has Sweden's most exciting archipelago.
The campsites here are often near the sea. Look for the spot where a Soviet submarine went aground in 1981. Pirate stories for the children have never been closer to hand.
