Organoleptic properties: ruby red colour, intense aroma of morello cherry, delicate vanilla notes; full - bodied, clean flavour fused with dog - rose.
Vineyards: Kinisia - Trapani 100 m above sea level, about 3 - 4 km from the sea. Vertical
trellis 4,000 - 5,000 vines per hectare.
Alcoholic Content: 14%
Serving Temperature: 16 - 18 C
Food Accompaniments: red meats and small game, excellent with lamb
