Comic books in Angouleme - Visit

Now in its 36th year, this four -day celebration of comics in their many diverse forms attracts

professionals and enthusiasts from around the world and combines exhibitions, talks and

roadshows featuring some of the genre's most celebrated artists.

This year's event features renowned British authors Posy Simmonds and Melinda Gebbie and a

delegation from the South African magazine Bittercomx.
