Here the agricultural traditions are kept alive through the cheeses, cold cuts, typical products that are the basics of good home cooking which is run by Katia, with the help of the Panteghini family, the restaurant is situated in the historic centre of Bienno among the most beautiful villages in Italy. The cuisine is made using homemade pastas, casoncelli, salted meats, polenta, mushrooms, meat dishes directly produced as well as other foods as the family also runs a farm which then supplies its butchers and cheese makers to create the products and food that is then
served.
