Hungarian Folkore 2017

The Hungarian State Folk Ensemble, the Danube Folk Ensemble and the Hungaria Folk Ensemble (founded in 1951 and 1957 respectively) are three of the best Hungarian folk ensembles with the longest tradition in Hungary.  They regularly give performances both in Hungary and abroad.  Each

ensemble consists of 30 artists. The choreographies are based on authentic dances, some of them were collected in isolated villages and date back hundreds of years.  Through the performed dances you can gain insight into the folk music, dance and costume heritage and areas inhabited by

Hungarians.

After the performances we would like to invite you to a one and half hour sightseeing cruise with candleit buffet dinner and drinks.  The same programme is available without dinner too, with drinks

only (a glass of sparkling wine and another glass of drink, soft drink, wine or beer)  Guiding is not included in the programme.
