Travelling in Stockholm - Sweden
Stockholm is a compact city with short distances from place to place. The choices are many and getting around the city is easy, safe, and convenient.
Stockholm Central Station and the Cityterminolen bus station are Stockholm's major hubs for local and long -distance travel. Getting here from Arlanda via Arlanda Express high speed train takes twenty minutes; you can also take a Flybussarna bus, which travels in dense traffic. Flybussarna buses also depart from Skavasta to the city. If you arrive at Vartahamnen by boat, you can take a bus or the subway.

Public transport in Stockholm is easy, safe and convieneb=nt. The subway covers the entire city and
extends to most of the greater Stockholm region. Buses and trams are convenient and an excellent way to see more of the city. Taking the local ferry service between the main islands is a great way to see Stockholm and the archipelago.
TAXI Sweden does not regulate taxi pricing. So always check the prices before getting into a taxi. Note the guide-line prices, for example from Arlanda Airport to downtown. The typical price for this route is about SEK 500
