River Tours and Self-Hire Craft Punting,- Cambridge UK

Punts are flat-bottomed boats which are usually propelled with a long pole. They were
developed in medieval times as work boats for use in water too shallow for conventional
keeled craft. These boats were  used by fowlers, fishermen and reed - cutters in Fens.
Punting for pleasure, rather than work, first became popular in Edwardian times.

We  are open daily all year, conditions permitting.
Our standard opening hours are 9.00 until dusk
