San Giovanni Hotel Resort - Saluzzo, Italy

The San Giovanni Resort is a hotel situated in the historical centre of Saluzzo, it was previously the old friary
of the Church of S. Giovanni.
The Chef of the 'Ristorante al Convento' has created a traditional piedmontese menu using local products.
In the hotel there is also a museum:  the Cloister with the Capitulary Hall
                                                      the refectory is now used as conference room and can be hired for
                                                      weddings.
