We produce our Extra-Virgin Olive Oil by squeezing Lake Garda's olives with the use of ancient stone mills.
This old and traditional method carries-out a single cold-squeeze of the olives, thus allowing the olive oil to keep perfectly unadulterated all precious organoleptic qualities that make it famous world-wide:  its perfume, colour,
taste and its valuable vitamins.
Lake Garda's Extra-Virgin Olive Oil is a wholesome olive squash absolutely free from artificial additives such as colourings and preservatives.
