Linguine with lobster


300g fresh or frozen lobster
1 clove garlic (chopped)
6 cherry tomatoes
Fresh basil
2 mushrooms
50ml white wine
2oo g ricotta or fresh cream
200g pasta linguine
1 onion

Boil the lobster for five to six mins and then rinse in cold water. Take out meat and chop it
Stir fry the chopped mushrooms and onion, add the garlic and pour the wine. Add the
lobster, basil and ricotta.
To serve toss the sauce over the cooked pasta
