Healthy Salmon Parcels
4 salmon steaks or fillets
2 lemons
4 tsp butter
3 tbs fresh dill
3 tbs fresh thyme
Seasoning
Foil
Cut 4 sheets of foil to make 'packets'. Place the salmon steak on each piece of foil.
Rub the herbs over each piece, season to taste.
Top each steak with 1 tps butter, squeeze on lemon over the fish
Close the packets. Cook for 5 mins per side.
Quarter remaining lemon.
